Introduction
The X-TYPE is Jaguar’s compact sport sedan and sportwagon with V6 power and standard all-wheel drive. When the X-TYPE debuted as a 2000 model it was the first Jaguar compact sport sedan in 30 years. The X-TYPE Sportwagon was added to the X-TYPE range for 2005 and is based on the X-TYPE sedan, but redesigned from the b-pillars back with new rear doors, a new roof, and a new rear body structure.
New for 2007
The 2007 Jaguar X-TYPE Sportwagon is updated with more standard equipment including Reverse Park Control, driver memory, premium sound, rain-sensing windshield wipers and wood/leather-trimmed steering wheel, and new 17-inch Bermuda-style alloy wheels.
